I think we can do this with regards to Bulk Generation of AI Custom Outlines for a project. So the idea would be for each target keyword to generate a custom outline, automatically for every target keyword.

Allow users to create a single outline with/without variables that be used for all articles in Bulk or Programmatic generation. For example, if the articles in Programmatic are "can dogs eat bananas" and "can dogs eat apples", then the users can just provide one outline for both the articles which can be something as follows:
- Why dogs eat {food}
- Nutritional value of {food} for dogs
- How to feed {food} to dogs
etc.
